Frequently Asked Questions

Questions we get asked a lot and hopefully help you to understand how our App works

  • What are the different log types?

    In a row: Here you log how many successes you had in a row. If you miss in between, the counter will reset and you have to restart.

    Total strokes: Here you log the amount of successful trials regardless if you had trials in between that were not successful.

  • A Single Exercise is a predefined exercise that you can follow. There are multiple exercises in each of the categories. Pick one, read through the instructions and start to log your exercise. You can repeat the same exercise as often as you like. Try to beat your own record or try to get into the Top 10!

  • A Training Session is a sequence of single exercises. This is ideal if you are not sure what to train as it will give you a suggested routine. There is currently only one predefined training session but there will be more to come.

  • You can start the exercise and then put your phone in your pocket. The timer will continue until you finally log the exercise. The timer can help you to organise your time. Most exercises are best done during a 5-10 minute window. This allows you to be focused. Then you can go to the next exercise.

  • What gets measured and recorded will improve. The app helps you to bring some structure to your training. Whether you are a very ambitious golf player who goes to the range and trains for hours or if you are a casual golfer having a 15 minute pre-round routine. The app will give you a variety of exercises to follow and allows you to record your success. It allows you to see your progress and hopefully gives you some motivation to beat your own records.

  • This very much depends on how often you have the time to train. In general it is better to do short training sessions but more often than very long but fewer ones. That is if you can put 2 hours of training per week you better split that into 4 x 30 minute sessions rather than 1 x 2 hour session.
